Now that we know that a Circumstantial curse is a branch of a Generational curse that is focused on negative circumstances or situations around you which either keep on reoccurring or which may have happened in the past with your forefathers, how do you identify a Circumstantial Curse?
4. What are the signs that someone may be under a Circumstantial Generational Curse?
1. If it is not good, it is not God. Any situation that is not good and keeps on reoccurring in your life may be a manifestation of a circumstantial curse.
Jeremiah 29:11, Nlt. For I know the plans I have for you,” says the LORD. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
God's plan for you has always been and will always be a plan of good. So if you keep on going from one disaster to the other, you may be dealing with a circumstantial curse. If your landlord keeps on sacking you out or you keep on being robbed no matter your efforts, or you keep on having an accident, you may be dealing with a circumstantial curse. You can not always be losing a child, a business, or finding yourself in a negative situation. That is not God's plan for you and you need to rise up and bind that Devil out of your life.
2. If you keep on finding yourself in a confusing situation and so did your parents. Some people struggled throughout their lives with a particular issue and their children became adults and are experiencing the same thing and they are very confused. And no matter their effort to come out of that situation, they even become more confused and don't know whether they should go right this time or left. That may be a sign of a Circumstantial Curse. This can be seen when it comes to marriage, relationship, business, or even spirituality. Some people's parents could not stay in one church and kept on having issues in every church and their children are now facing the same issues. Bible says :
1 Corinthians 14:33. For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
It is NEVER God's will NEVER for you to be confused neither about who to marry, nor what business to invest in so you don't lose your money, nor which steps to take next. If you keep on being confused, check it ...
3. You are always back to square one. No matter what you do, you do not go forward. Many people always come back to square one. Despite all their hard work and efforts, their management skills, something, sometimes random, always goes wrong and they have to either lose all their investments, break up, divorce, or start over... And after investigation, they realize that someone in their family has been through a similar situation. They are families where nobody gets married, yet, they all have children out of wedlock and come back to square one looking for a husband because their partner has refused to marry them. In other families, those who prosper never get married before they reach a particular age, let's say.. like 50. Others die before a particular age from something similar. If in your life, you keep on finding yourself back to square one, starting over, you might be dealing with a circumstantial curse. Bible says
Deuteronomy 2:3, Nlt. ‘You have been wandering around in this hill country long enough; turn to the north.
God does NOT want you to be stagnant or come back to square one. It is the will of God that you should go forward, there should be progress, prosperity in your life.
Genesis 26:13. And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:
3 John 1:2. Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Persistent Stagnation is a sign of a Circumstantial Curse. Definitely, the will of God is for you to prosper, to go forward, and never to be constantly stagnant. Therefore stagnation is a sign of a Circumstantial Curse. There are many more signs but the Holy Spirit has certainly been talking to you while you were reading this teaching and He was certainly showing you signs of Circumstantial Curses in your life. Do not ignore them. Deal with them violently through prayer, fasting, and a radical decision.
- Circumstantial curses can affect your education. If you keep on studying but you are always mysteriously unable to pass your last exam due to a sickness that appears suddently or for one reason or the other, you may be dealing with a circumstantial curse.
- Circumstantial curses can affect your Job. If anytime you are about to be promoted or you are about to get a contract, that is when something happens to either you or the one to promote you or to give you the contract ...
- Circumstantial curses can affect your finances. Anytime you get money, you become all of a sudden sick or your wife does. Or anytime you get a financial breakthrough, all of a sudden several unplan and unexpected expenses seem to pop out, out of the blue and you are never able to do something meaningful with the money, yet when you don't have money, those circumstances don't show up.
- Circumstantial curses can affect your relationship. You may be single and about to get married and all of a sudden something just happens and cancells or keep on postponing the wedding.
- Circumstantial curses can affect your marriage. Some couples find themselves having a misunderstanding when the wife is ovulating. Due to that, they do not have sex enough and that dicreases the chances of childbearing. And those circumstances occur often when the woman is ovulating.
